- Rental InsuranceAll renters must provide insurance naming CineBear, LLC as the loss payee. You do not need to be named on client COIs.
- Damage and TheftCineBear pursues all claims through renter insurance. You’re not on the hook unless you want to carry your own policy as backup.
- Modifications and RepairsAny changes to your gear are approved by you in writing. Once paid off, upgrades become yours.
- Monthly Reporting and PaymentWe provide transparent, itemized monthly reports along with your payout.
